With over a decade of experience in corporate and higher education settings, I design impactful, scalable, and accessible learning solutions. My background spans eLearning, technical training, and project management, all grounded in measurable outcomes.

I hold a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and an active PMP certification, which shape my strategic, results-driven approach to instructional design.

I’ve led cross-functional teams both in-person and remotely, and have developed training for highly regulated industries such as fintech, real estate, appraisal, wireless networking, and web security.
