I don't claim the title "learning expert" lightly. With over a decade of experience in both corporate and higher education environments, I've worked extensively within the realms of eLearning, technical training, and project management. I obtained a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and have had an active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification for years — my outlook on learning solutions is always based achieving measurable results and maximizing scalability and accessibility.
I love working in teams and collaborating across organizations. I regularly work with cross-functional stakeholders and over the years I've led teams both in-person and remotely.
My previous experience includes developing educational/training materials for a wide variety of technical and regulated industries, including financial technology, real estate, appraisal, wireless networking, and web security.

Instructional Design & Development
I leverage design thinking and adult learning theory to deliver impactful (and measurable!) training programs across a variety of modalities, including instructor led training (ILT), eLearning, microlearning, etc.
Project & People Management
Learning programs require the cooperation and buy-in of stakeholders, customers, and SMEs. I lead this collaboration in a matrix environment to maximize innovation, ensure that the best approach is agreed upon.
Learning Program Implementation
Once training content is created, the job isn't over! I ensure successful adoption and integration of new learning programs, and continually evaluate results to make sure programs are hitting the mark.
